Since 1958, Hearing Health Foundation (HHF) has funded innovative, life-changing research to improve treatments for hearing and balance disorders. Thanks to the generosity of our community, our researchers have achieved significant scientific advancements. Hearing Restoration Project (HRP)
The Hearing Restoration Project is an international team of scientists working collaboratively to discover new ways to regenerate hair cells in the human ear and restore hearing.
